Mintzy and Mintzy AI are products and services wholly owned and operated by GRAVITY RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED. References to “Mintzy”, “Mintzy AI”, “we”, “our”, and “us” in this document refer to GRAVITY RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise stated.

Data transmitted between users, Mintzy services, and supported integrations is protected using modern encryption standards, including TLS encryption for data in transit. Sensitive credentials and platform secrets are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption mechanisms.

Mintzy operates on secure cloud infrastructure with controlled access policies, network segmentation, monitoring systems, and security controls designed to protect critical platform services and user data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by operational security procedures.

We continuously monitor our infrastructure for security threats, unauthorized activity, and operational anomalies. Security events are investigated and addressed according to internal response procedures designed to protect users and platform integrity.
